      How does the retro handset work?

      Simply connect it to your smartphone using the compatible connector and use it like a classic telephone handset. TypeC is for iPhone 15,16,17. Also for Samsung, Pixel and most Android phones.

      Does it require batteries?

      No! The handset doesn’t require batteries or charging. Just plug it into your phone and you’re ready to go.

      Is it comfortable to use?

      Yes. The handset is designed to be comfortable to hold, making longer phone calls more enjoyable.

      Will it work with my phone?

      It works with phones that support the included connector. If your phone uses a different port, an appropriate adapter may be required.

      If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact shopdialvo@outlook.com within 30 days with your order number and photos — we'll send a replacement or refund. Outside the EU/EEA, we don't offer returns for change of mind unless required by your local law.

      You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Contact shopdialvo@outlook.com to start the process, and return the item within 14 days of that notice. If the item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, we may deduct the resulting loss in value. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the item back. Made-to-order, perishable, and opened hygiene/sealed items cannot be cancelled this way.

      All items also come with a statutory 2-year guarantee against defects, separate from the above.
